Dear Parent/Guardian,

I am writing to you today because you have a child who may wish to make his/her First Communion and First Confession for the first time. I invite you and your child to prepare with us during the coming months for these sacraments.
In our Family of Parishes we use a process for preparing your child for both of these sacraments called "My First Reconciliation & My First Communion" by Connie Clark. The most important thing of all is that you are welcomed and we will give you all the resources needed to really prepare your child well for this turning point in his or her life.

On the back ofthis letter is an outline of the program.

On the Registration Form, I simply ask you to register your child for one or both sacraments. There is a $10.00 donation (per sacrament) to assist the Family of Parishes to help cover the costs of materials. All donations should be made payable to Most Precious Blood Church by cash, cheque or e-transfer (Most Precious Blood email - mpbwin@dol.ca).

Please include with the registration form a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate unless the Baptism took place at one of our Churches within our Family of Parishes.

I have asked my Associate Pastor, Father Innocent Ibeh to take the lead on this year's program along with many

dedicated and devoted catechists from across the Family of Parishes who will assist him. If you have any questions please call Father Innocent at 519-948-4133 extension 223.

All registration forms and registration fees should be dropped off to Most Precious Blood Office
(194 7 Meldrum) no later than Tuesday, January 31st.

Please note: Office Hours are Tuesday-Friday 9 a.m. - 12 noon and 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thank you for being part of our faith community at whatever level you can.
